No. We groom dogs only, always.

A parking spot for the van close to your door, someone home for the groom, and your dog ready at appointment time.

Most Spa Days take 1 to 2 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat, and whether they get a haircut. Short coats without a haircut take about an hour. Your exact time shows when you book.

Never. The van is cage-free, and your dog is the only dog in it, from the first rinse to the final spritz.

Tell us when you book. Anxious and senior dogs often do better with mobile grooming because there’s no car ride, no lobby, and no other dogs, and we go at your dog’s pace. Matted coats add a de-matting upcharge of $20 to $100, depending on the matting level. Note it when you book, and we’ll confirm it with you before the groom.

We take payment in person after the groom: debit and credit cards, Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Tips are never required, but always appreciated.

Every 4 to 6 weeks for most dogs. Doodles, poodles, and other coats that keep growing do best on the shorter end. We’ll recommend a schedule after the first groom, and you can rebook before we leave.

Raleigh, Wake County, and surrounding counties including Johnston, Durham, and Granville. Homes more than 15 minutes from Seaboard Station add an Extended Travel fee of $6.99 to $14.99 by drive time. Not sure if you’re in range? Call 919-438-3346 and we’ll check.

No. Glowing Mobile Pet Spa is fully mobile. The spa is the van, and the van comes to your driveway, so your dog never has to travel or wait.

Yes. Someone needs to be home for the whole groom, so we can hand your dog back to you and check in if we have a question along the way.

They are not required, but we strongly recommend sharing them. You can upload a photo of your dog’s records when you book.

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Changes inside 48 hours are handled case by case, so call 919-438-3346 as soon as you know.

Every full groom includes a premium bath with shampoo and conditioner chosen for your dog’s coat, a high-velocity blow dry and full brush-out, a nail trim with grinding for smooth edges, a gentle ear cleaning, a blueberry facial, a fragrant spritz, and a bandanna or bow. Haircut services add a full haircut or breed-specific clip. Add dog-safe nail polish, the Glow Pup-icure, for $10.00, and pick your color when you book.
