What we collect. When you book, send a note, or buy a gift card, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your dog, such as name, breed, weight, age, grooming preferences, notes, photos, and any vet or vaccine records you choose to upload. Payments are handled by a secure payment processor, so we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it. To schedule and complete your dog’s Spa Day, find your home, send confirmations and reminders, process payment, and keep notes that help us care for your dog on every visit.
Who we share it with. We never sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services that run this business, such as our website and booking platform (Squarespace and Acuity), our calendar (Google), and our payment processor, or when the law requires it.
Photos of your dog. We may take before and after photos of your dog’s groom. We only post your dog on this website or social media with your OK, and we never share your name or address with those photos.
Messages. We use your phone number and email for appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your Spa Day. Let us know anytime if you’d rather not get non-essential messages.
Cookies. This website uses cookies and similar tools from Squarespace to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping it safe. Your details and your dog’s records are kept in password-protected accounts and used only for your dog’s care.
Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Call 919-438-3346 or send a note through the contact page.
Children. This site is meant for adults booking grooming for their dogs. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes. If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
